Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers a good blend of comfort and ample amenities with spacious rooms, a variety of pools, and exceptional service at the Dead Sea. However, I encountered some issues with the front desk and staff behavior, which detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay. The dining options were also quite nice, adding to the overall experience, although check-in could certainly be smoother.
This hotel boasts a stunning location right by the Dead Sea with breathtaking sunset views. The facilities are excellent, especially the pools and private beach. However, I found the beds too hard for my comfort, which was pretty disappointing. While the air conditioning was somewhat noisy, it was still a wonderful getaway overall.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the staff were quite lovely and responsive to our needs, particularly the team at the beach, the dining options were significantly overpriced for what was offered. The room upgrade was appreciated, but the noise during our stay due to a group event was quite bothersome. Overall, it was a decent stay, but I would recommend being cautious about dining expenses.
I had mixed feelings about my stay. The hotel boasts lovely facilities, including multiple swimming pools, and the rooms were well-decorated and spacious. However, the service fell short, especially the treatment I received from management, and the dining options were underwhelming. Overall, it's a place with great potential but needs improvement in several areas.
I had an incredible two days at the Hilton Hotel by the Dead Sea, where the professional and warm staff catered to every need. The resort felt like an oasis in the arid landscape, with stunning views and excellent amenities, particularly around the pools and beach area. The dining experience at the Italian restaurant was top-notch, although the executive lounge could use a cozier atmosphere. I can't wait to return!
